This journal is unique because it progressively moves you toward community action. The weekly affirmations leaves you space to respond and reflect. Each month has a theme. At the end of the month (or throughout, your choice), consider completing the “Monthly Check-in”. This will allow you to reflect about your feelings.
In addition to the “Monthly Check-in”, you will find monthly 5 minute journaling pages and goal setting pages. The “5 minute journal” pages allow for quick written reflection. The “Monthly goals” page facilitates intentional goal setting. Taking the time each month to reflect and plan is vitally important.
Bi-monthly you will find “Create Your Affirmation”. This is a space to begin to curate statements that are personal to you. It is my hope that you will be able to independently affirm yourself.
